For RESIDENTIAL, the area of operation is South Mumbai (Byculla, Mahalaxmi, Worli, Parel, Sewri, Dadar, Prabhadevi, Matunga, Mahim) to Bandra & Western Mumbai (Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali & Borivali).

Having been in the Real Estate industry for over 21 years and having spent most of the time working with reputed developers like Peninsula Land, Kalpataru Group and Kanakia Spaces, I thought it’s time to explore the entrepreneurial side of mine. During my career, I have seen many buyers expressing dissatisfaction over the quality of knowledge and service levels extended to them by their property consultants / representatives of the developer for the transaction, hence I consciously chose the service side of the business to be able to offer a pleasant experience to customers during the various stages of a transactions by way of quality of service and leveraging the knowledge that I have acquired over these years through assignments with some of the best developers as stated above. At Solitaire Realty, we are determined to create a unique customer experience, follow fair market practices, and sponsor a girl child’s education for every home/office, our esteemed customer buys through us. With your support we aim to excel in all our initiatives. Solitaire realty gives a lot of emphasis to Education. It believes that If India has to change then only education has the power to bring in this transformation. To bring in this transformation it is equally important to educate a Girl child and provide equal opportunities. As a part of our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Solitaire Realty sponsors one Girl Child’s education from the proceeds received from every Transaction. We are associated with Nanhi Kali for this cause. We also provide school bags and books to Municipal run primary schools in Mumbai at the beginning of every academic year. Our 6-D Process Of Success
Every day is a learning for us. We look at every customer with an open mind and understand his / her requirement and objective. We believe that buying a piece of real estate is more about satisfying the emotional quotient rather than the materialistic quotient. This process clearly sets the way forward.
Once we have closed on the understanding of the requirement, we clearly define our deliverables and the way forward. This ensures that our customers are aware of the next steps and what to expect from us as we progress ahead during the journey of a Real Estate Transaction
Once the customer is made aware of our scope of works in a transaction, we design or plan the journey from sourcing of options that suit the customers requirement. This involves scheduling visits and presentations of the options shortlisted by us for our customer.
First few inspections are very critical with the client. This familiarises us with the customers likes and dislikes. Depending on the feed back of the customer on the visited properties we immediately develop a plan as to which of the balance properties among the list should we show to the Customer. This comes with a lot of experience. This saves the customers a lot of time.
Once the Customer has seen all the options, based on his / her feedback we arrange a presentation of the properties he / she has liked. We share our unbiased views, positives and negatives of the options. This gives the customer lot of data to evaluate the options and come to a logical conclusion.
In the end we assist the customer is closing the commercials for his Dream piece of Real Estate, followed by legal documentation and registration of the property. We make sure that before the customer takes charge of the property a joint inspection is carried out with the seller so that any snags are rectified before the Keys are handed over.
